Payment Schedule

• 50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
• The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations may be canceled at any time with 100% of prepayments refunded.

Security Deposit

• A pre-authorization of $100 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 3 days after departure.

Notes

• Pricing for lodges is based on 1-2 adults, each additional person over age 7 is $25 per night.

Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

No Smoking/Excessive Wear and Tear Policy: Please enjoy smoking in the outside areas only. Smoking inside the cottages or lodges, or excessive wear and tear on the premises, may result in additional charges to your credit card. No fireworks or explosives of any kind are permitted on-site.

Children: Hawks View Cottages and Lodges may not be best suited for children. The grounds are very steep, heavily wooded, and wild. If you visit with children, please supervise them at all times.

Motorcycles: For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate motorcycles at our hillside cottage site, and parking cycles off-site may not be an acceptable alternative. Thanks for your understanding.
